Question about email black listing - VoIP Forums, Internet Phone Service Forums, & Web Hosting Forums

I'm with 1and1 right now, but more frequently than I would like my email gets blocked by other providers (e.g. AOL) because some customers of 1and1 are apparently spammers. I'm considering switching to HR, but I'd like to know:

- Does HR email ever get black listed?
- If so, how often does it happen?

I need my email to be reliable.

Have you ever tried using your ISP's mail servers for outgoing mail?
Depending on your ISP, they are usually pretty good about keeping spam under control. At least more then a webhosting provider.

Thanks, that's a great idea, I'll try that. However, I also forward my incoming mail to multiple other mail boxes for high availability, and that's affected as well, so in the long term I'm looking for a more reliable provider.
